ELEVATION NOTES:
WALLS: new wall to new utility and
gym/sun room extensions to be in a
smooth sand cement render to match
the existing house walls and painted to
match in 3 coats of good quality
masonry paint. On sun room, the lower
walls up to dpc line are to match the
brick utilised on the current entrance
porch walls.
ROOF: to utility to be in a matching
natural grey roof slate size type and
profile to match the existing roof slate.
New flat roof to the gym/sun room to
be in a grey polyroof or similar. Roof
build up to have a parapet upstand
internally and externally to the vertical
perimeter to be vertically slate hung.
The sloping underside of the flat roof to
be timber clad in a cedar or larch
cladding.
WINDOWS/DOORS: new windows and
doors to the proposed utility room to
be in a white upvc to match the main
house fitted with double glazed units.
New window/door units to gym/sun
room to be in a black/grey aluminium/
upvc.
RAINWATER GOODS: To new utility to
be in a white square section to match
the existing house.
ROOFLIGHTS: new roof lights to
pitched roof utility to be velux units or
similar approved. Flat roof lights to be
Eos pyramid style roof lanterns or
similar approved.
