In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

which was considered on 20 January 2006, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to drawing no.s 0423A/01, 0423A/02, 0423A/03 and 0423A/04 date stamped the 17th November 2005.
- The external finishes of the extension must match those of the existing building in all respects.
- There must be no discharge of surface water to the main foul sewer.
NOTE The applicant is advised that the Fire Safety Officer recommended that the planning application be refused on the grounds that the means of escape from the upper floor are inherently unsafe in the event of fire. It is recommended that the applicant examine this issue in further detail with the Fire Safety Officer.
This decision was made by the Director of Planning in accordance with powers delegated to him under Paragraph 2 (6) (b) of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

The proposed development must not be commenced until either;
- The time for requesting an appeal has expired; or
- Any appeal has been determined;
Whichever is the later.
