In pursuance of powers granted under the above Acts and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:
Name: Mrs Roxy Walker Proposal: Erection of a generator room extension to dwelling at: Ballacurn Moar Farm Ballacurn Road Ballaugh Isle Of Man IM7 5EU
which was considered on 9 December 2005, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This permission relates to the erection of a generator room to an outbuilding of Ballacurn Mooar Farm as shown in drawing number 1705/2, 1075/4, 1075/5 and the location plan date stamped 5th October 2005.
- The exterior stonework must be of a traditional nature.
Note: Split stone on a backing render is not acceptable as an external finish.
- All windows must be timber framed. These may be hardwood double glazed windows.
- All doors must be timber framed.
- Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (Permitted Development) Order 2005 (or an Order revoking or re-enacting that Order) no external doors or windows shall be replaced (other than those expressly authorised by this permission).
This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Paragraph 2 of Schedule 1 of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
Note 1: This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning Acts and does not include any consent or approval under any other enactment, bylaw, order or regulation.
Note 2: No works may be commenced until such time as -
- the time for requesting a review of the initial decision has expired; or
- any review of the initial decision has been completed; or
- the time for requesting an appeal in relation to the decision has expired; or
- any appeal has been completed.
