The above planning application was considered by Douglas Borough Council’s Executive
Committee at a meeting held on the 29th October 2021 where it was resolved to
support the application.
The Council’s support for the proposed development is subject to Environmental Health
approval for the external extraction/ventilation system. This is to ensure that noise
levels and odours are kept to satisfactory levels and do not adversely affect those living
and working close to the application site. We would kindly ask that this is made a
condition on any permission granted.
