Housing Policy 16

GP2 requires development to respect site/surroundings in siting, scale, design; not adversely affect landscape character, amenity, access, or habitats; incorporate landscape features. The proposal was found to meet these via subordinate design, matching materials, no amenity harm, retained screening, and no access changes.
