A time extension had previously been requested on the above planning application to allow Council officers to review the bin storage arrangements at the property.

Officers have now had the opportunity to visit the site and can confirm that the bin storage arrangements are more than satisfactory for the proposed use.

As this is the case Douglas Borough Council has no objection to the application and welcomes the property being brought back into use.
