Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to the submitted documents and drawings 463/001, 463/010, 463/011 and 463/012 all received on 12th September 2005.
NOTE This property falls within the scope of The Fire Precautions (flats) Regulations 1996. The applicant is required to consult the Flats Inspection team to discuss the fire precautions and compliance details.
NOTE Prior to the demolition of these premises, an application will need to be made in writing to the Chief Executive of the Department of Local Government and the Environment for issue of a direction to demolish under the terms of the building control act 1991.
This decision was made by the Director of Planning in accordance with powers delegated to him under Paragraph 2 (6) (b) of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
Note 1: This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning Acts and does not include any consent or approval under any other enactment, bylaw, order or regulation.
Note 2: No works may be commenced until such time as -
- the time for requesting a review of the initial decision has expired; or
- any review of the initial decision has been completed; or
- the time for requesting an appeal in relation to the decision has expired; or
- any appeal has been completed.
