ELEVATION NOTES:
WALLS: New external cavity walls to
receive an external finish of cedar or
larch boarding set horizontally as
indicated. New Dormer face and flanks
to receive matching cedar or larch
timber cladding set horizontally.
Roadside elevation to receive matching
cedar or larch to be set vertically as
indicated.
ROOF: New roof to receive a new
concrete interlocking roof tile in grey/
black. Marley Moderns or similar with
matching grey roof tiles. New Flat roof
extension to be in a grey "polyroof" or
similar grey colour fibreglass roof
finish. The flat roof is a warm roof
construction and will have a deep
fascia board to its perimeter. Fascia
boards to be in a black upvc/grey
aluminium finish.
WINDOWS/DOORS: New windows
and door as indicated to be in a grey/
black upvc/aluminium. All window and
doors to be fitted with double glazed
units.
RAINWATER GOODS: New rainwater
goods to be in a black square section
upvc.
ROOFLIGHTS: Rood windows to flat
roof extension to rear to be EOS or
similar glazed roof windows.
