Officer's Report

The application proposes the installation of replacement uPVC windows on the front and rear elevation and front door to be replaced at 14 Orry Street, which is part of a row of terraced properties.

The existing windows are top opening casement timber windows, it is proposed to install uPVC white top opening casement windows on the front elevation as well as a new front uPVC door. The rear elevation will have a mixture of top and bottom opening windows.

The Douglas Corporation and Department of Transport have considered the application and have no objection. We have received no private representations for this application.

The application would seem appropriate in this location and therefore my recommendation is for an approval.
