Schedule Of Conditions
Application Ref No: 04/00700/C On Review
- This approval relates to the use of the existing tourist accommodation in the stables (referred to as Ballajora Cottage in the application), as a residential living accommodation.
- The new accommodation may be used only as such ancillary to the enjoyment of the main dwelling as such.
- Once the new use is taken up, no garage, garden shed, greenhouse, wall, fence or other structure may be erected without the prior permission of the Planning Committee.
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
NOTE The Committee would advise that bearing in mind the history of the building and its previous concerns about the impact of the new use on the adjacent dwelling, further extensions of this property are unlikely to be considered favourably.
NOTE PRIOR to the commencement of any works the applicant is advised to consult the Chief Fire Officer to ensure that adequate fire precautions are taken.
This review has been considered by the Planning Committee on written evidence. Any additional submissions not previously circulated to interested parties are enclosed herewith.
