Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to the submitted documents and drawings 1130-01 and 1130-02 Rev A all received on 26th September 2005.
NOTE The Isle of Man Fire Department have recommended an refusal due to the extensions means the loss of a external escape door, and now escape from the proposed bedroom and current bedrooms is via the lounge, dining room and kitchen which are habitable rooms and the layout is inherently unsafe in case of
fire. Recommend that the applicant consults the Fire Safety Department to discuss the fire precautions.
This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Paragraph 2 of Schedule 1 of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
