Officer's Report

The site represents the part of bank House which looks towards the harbour, at the corner of Bank Street and the Quay within Castletown's Conservation Area.

Proposed is the installation of signage which is already in place. The sign is a simple wooden board with painted lettering on top, advertising "Castle Furnishers" with their contact telephone number.

The sign is not out of place in what is a prominent location.
