Time limit
The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
Approved plans
This permission relates to the conversion of the existing building to four apartments as shown in drawings 5207/1, -2, -3, -4 and -5 received on 2nd August, 2005.
Parking allocation
Each pair of tandem spaces (1 & 2, 3 & 4 and 5 & 6) must be allocated to a single flat.
Materials approval
No approval is hereby granted to any of the proposed new doors and windows whose details in the submitted plans do not satisfy the Planning Committee that they would be appropriate. The applicant must have approved by the Planning Committee further details of all windows and doors and sectional details of the frame sections of each. The applicant is advised to consult the Conservation Officer in this respect prior to the submission of this further information.
