Officer's Report

The property is an existing dwelling located on the corner of Malew Street and The Crofts within Castletown's Conservation Area.

Proposed here is the replacement of the front door. The photograph of the existing is not marvellous but it appears to be a wooden solid panelled door which it is proposed to replicate in plastic. The appearance of the replacement is not far from the existing and is acceptable.
