The property is an existing dwelling situated on the north eastern side of Malew Street opposite the junction with The Crofts.
Proposed here is the replacement of existing plastic-framed casements with plastic framed sliding sashes which is a huge improvement. The style of existing casements in the top floor are to be retained. Also proposed is the replacement of the front door with a similar panelled door with one in plastic.
