Time limit
The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
Amended parking plan
Prior to the commencement of any works, there must be submitted to and approved by the Planning Committee an amended plan showing the deletion of spaces 38 and 39, such spaces being incorporated into the landscaped area at the front of the church, and the inclusion of at least two spaces suitable for use by disabled drivers.

Subject to the above condition, this approval relates to the submitted drawings which are date-stamped 5th August 2005.
