Officer's Report

The application seeks approval for alterations to the windows within the front elevation of an approved residential conversion in Marown. The alterations amount to a slight increase in the size of the windows.

There are no objections to the planning application and I suspect that the Planning Committee would have accepted the alteration as a minor amendment. I consider the proposal to be unobjectionable and recommend that the planning application be approved.
