The original Planning Permission (0401752/B) was only given due to the applicant's circumstances, and since there has been a change of such circumstances, the driveway must be removed and the garden returned to a grassed area within three months of the change in circumstances occurring, as the driveway in this location is unacceptable due to road safety issues.
