Prior to the commencement of any works further details of the windows and doors to be used in the extension must be submitted to and agreed by the Planning Authority.
Wall finish
The external walls of the extension must be finished in painted smooth sand/cement render to match the existing building.
Car parking details
Prior to the commencement of any works further details of the formation of the car parking to the rear, including the construction of the boundary wall and proposed surface finishes, must be submitted to and agreed by the Planning Authority.
Surface water drainage
There must be no discharge of surface water (directly or indirectly) from the development to any foul drainage system(s).
