Officer's Report
The site represents the residential curtilage of an existing detached house located on the southern side of Droghadfayle Road, backing onto Truggan Road and within an are of Residential Use on the Poer Erin Plan adopted by Tynwald in 1990.
Proposed here is the erection of a conservatory on the rear elevation. This would be 3.7m in width and projecting 3.1m from the rear elevation of the dwelling. The house is a modern "Potton" style dormer bungalow and the conservatory will not look out of place as proposed. There are no objections to this application.
