Plinth materials approval
The sides and top surface of the plinth must be finished in materials to match those approved in response to condition (3) of the approval granted in response to PA02/1904: Reclamation of harbour area to form boat-park and slipway, Inner Harbour, Bridge Road, Douglas; the Department's Conservation Officer should be consulted hereon, and the recommendations arising therefrom must form the subject of amended details which must be submitted to and approved by the Planning Committee prior to the commencement of any works.
