Prior to the commencement of any building operations, there must be submitted to and approved by the Planning Committee (a) details of off-site parking provision for eight cars; such details must include a plan of the spaces and evidence of the long-term availability of the spaces; and (b) details of the proposed roof-top air-handling plant (and any other noise-making roof plant); these details should be prepared in consultation with the Department's Environmental Protection Unit.
