The site lies within an area of Woodland and surrounded by Woodland on the 1982 Plan. Proposed here is an extension to the existing rear annex to provide a larger kitchen. The rear faces towarsd the public road (cul de sac) to Doarlish Ard to the south. The extension continues the existing lean-to roof and there is not adverse impact from this proposal.
