Officer's Report

The site represents the curtilage of Kerrowdhoo, an existing dwelling situated to the south of the Gleneedle ford. The site lies within an area of Woodland and surrounded by Woodland on the 1982 Plan.

Proposed here is an extension to the existing rear annex to provide a larger kitchen. The rear faces towarsd the public road (cul de sac) to Doarlish Ard to the south. The extension continues the existing lean-to roof and there is not adverse impact from this proposal.
