Time limit
The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
Approved drawings
This permission relates to the conversion of the building to a dwelling as shown in drawings 1117-01 and -03 both received on 8th July, 2005.

There must be no discharge of surface water to the main foul sewer.
Foul sewer connection
The proposed development must be connected to the main foul sewer.
Sewer protection
The line of the sewers which cross the site must be fully protected during building work and the existing public manholes adjacent to the barn must be accessible at all times and no building materials may be stored over them at any time.
Vehicle sight lines
The sightlines from the vehicle access driveway onto the adopted highway must meet the standards previously approved for planning application 02/01885/13 as detailed in drawing number 4706/02.
