Officer's Report
The application seeks approval for the installation of replacement uPVC casement windows in the ground floor front elevation of a dwelling in Ramsey.
Whilst the dwelling is within the Conservation Area there are a significant number of uPVC windows within the surrounding area and the windows being replaced are wooden casement windows. I believe that a refusal would be difficult to sustain through to appeal. Accordingly, I recommend that the planning application be approved.
