(1) SC 4
(2) The layout and use of the car-park must be amended from that indicated on Drawing No. EA/60/01 Rev AP such as to include one additional space and to allocate space no.1 for staff-parking; and amended plan in accordance herewith must be submitted to and approved by the Committee prior to the commencement of the proposed use.
(3) Any alterations to the exterior of the building (including the erection/display of signage) must form the subject of separate application(s).
(4) Subject to the above conditions, this approval relates to the submitted info date-stamped 3/6/5 and 1/8/5
Notes
- It is recommended that the applicant
should consult the Fire Safety Dept in relation to fire precautions, and the Disability Access Office in relation to facilities for disabled people.
- This approval relates only to the change of use of the ground floor.
