Officer's Report

The application seeks approval to alter a vehicular access into a field to the north of Lezayre Road in the Glen Tramman area of Lezayre.

I consider the proposal to relatively modest and, given that the Department of Transport consider there to be no adverse traffic impact, is acceptable. Accordingly, I recommend that the planning application be approved.
