In pursuance of powers granted under the above Acts and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby REFUSE the following application made on behalf of:

which was considered on 19 August 2005, for the reasons set out below.

Reasons For Refusal:
- There is in the submitted application insufficient information to enable a full proper assessment; in particular, there needs to be an accurate, 1:200 layout plan of the site demonstrating adequate arrangements for access (by large/long vehicles), parking, and turning.
