The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

Prior to the commencement of any works, a full photographic survey is to be carried out by the owner or owner's agent of the area affected by the works and that photographic survey submitted for approval by the Department's Conservation Officer.
Architrave details
Prior to the commencement of any works a large scale (1:10) detail of selected OG profile architraveing to match existing in conjunction with a record (photograph detail) of the architrave from whence the pattern was taken to be submitted to the Department's Conservation Officer for approval.
Vent tile sample
Prior to the commencement of any works, a sample of the proposed vent tile must be submitted for approval by the Planning Committee.
Heating system details
Prior to the commencement of any works, details of the proposed heating system and the effect of its installation are to be provided for the approval by the Department's Conservation Officer.
Approved plans
This approval relates only to the internal works to provide an en-suite bathroom, in accordance with drawing no. D. 550.03 date stamped 16th June 2005.
