The application site is situated next to the A10 linking Bride and Ramsey. The existing windows are visible from the Public Highway

The existing windows have timber frames. The proposed replacements will be timber. I feel the proposal is sympathetic to the property and would not adversely affect the character and appearance of the property when viewed from the public highway.
