Officer's Report
The application seeks approval for the conversion of part of an existing garage into toilet facilities within the curtilage of a detached property in Ramsey. The property is in use as child/youth centre and it is understood that the toilet facilities will be used in associated with the operation of the centre.
There are no objections to the planning application and I consider the proposed development to be relatively unobjectionable. Accordingly, I recommend that the planning application be approved.
