Officer's Report

The application site is set in the open countryside and also within an area of high landscape or coastal value and scenic significance. The property has previously been extended. The proposal is set to the rear of the property. The proposed extension will be partially visible from the public highway. However, I do not feel the proposal will cause any further harm to the visual amenities of the locality than currently exists on the property.

C 1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
