In pursuance of powers granted under the above Acts and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

which was considered on 2 September 2005, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- The use must be taken up within four years of the date of this notice in order for this approval to remain valid after that time.
- This approval relates to drawing no.s JC10 and JC11 date stamped the 30th June 2005.
- Between the 1st March and 1st October in any one year the accommodation hereby approved must only be used for individual lets, not exceeding four weeks in duration. Outside of this period longer lets are permissible.
NOTE For a change in the water supply to a premises (domestic or commercial) the applicant should contact the Isle of Man Water Authority Byelaws Inspector (Les Quayle), telephone 695957.
NOTE The applicant is recommended to contact the Fire Safety Department with regards to the provision of appropriate fire precautions.
This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Paragraph 2 of Schedule 1 of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
Note 1: This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning Acts and does not include any consent or approval under any other enactment, bylaw, order or regulation.
Note 2: No works may be commenced until such time as -
- the time for requesting a review of the initial decision has expired; or
- any review of the initial decision has been completed; or
- the time for requesting an appeal in relation to the decision has expired; or
- any appeal has been completed.
