Officer's Report

The application seeks approval for the installation of uPVC casement windows to replace existing wooden sliding sash windows in a terraced dwelling on Waterloo Road in Ramsey.

Given that a large percentage of properties within Waterloo Road already have replacement uPVC windows I would suggest that any refusal would be difficult to sustain. Accordingly, I recommend that the planning application be approved.
