The above mentioned application has been considered by the Network Planning Section and the following observations are the response of the Director of Highways on behalf of the DOT Highways Client Group.
I can now confirm that the response of the Highways Division of the Department of Transport is:
No adverse traffic impacts subject to the imposition of the following condition(s).
Condition(s):
- Four off street parking spaces are to be provided to serve the needs of the development.
Reason(s):
- To ensure the provision of satisfactory vehicle parking arrangements.
