Officer's Report

The application seeks approval for the installation of two rooflights in the rear elevation of a terraced dwelling in Onchan.

There are no objections to the planning application and I consider the proposed development to be relatively minor without detrimental impact. Accordingly, I recommend that the planning application be approved.

N.B. The only reason for the application being put before the Planning Committee is that it is an application by a member staff within the Department.
