In pursuance of powers granted under the above Acts and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:
Name: Mark & Michelle Flanagan Proposal: Installation of wooden traditional sash windows to the front and wooden casement windows to the rear elevations to replace existing (application is within a conservation area) at: 18 Michael Street Peel Isle Of Man IM5 1HB
which was considered on 21 July 2005, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to location plan number 917/01 and photographs 917/02 date stamped received 13th May 2005.
- The proposed new windows must be sliding sash windows with the same glazing pattern as the existing in the front elevation and, sliding sash or casement windows on the rear elevation with the same glazing pattern as the existing windows.
This decision was made by the Director of Planning in accordance with powers delegated to him under Paragraph 2 (6) (b) of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
Note 1: This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning Acts and does not include any consent or approval under any other enactment, bylaw, order or regulation.
Note 2: No works may be commenced until such time as -
- the time for requesting a review of the initial decision has expired; or
- any review of the initial decision has been completed; or
- the time for requesting an appeal in relation to the decision has expired; or
- any appeal has been completed.
