In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Infrastructure does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

Name: IM9 Ltd Proposal: Alterations, erection of an extension and formation of two town houses from existing properties at: Ben Varrey & Sentosa Athol Street Port St. Mary Isle Of Man

which was considered on 12th May 2011, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below. Date of Issue: 20th May 2011 Murray House Mount Havelock Douglas

Schedule Of Conditions:

1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

1. This permission relates to the alterations and conversion of the site into two dwellings with associated parking all as show in drawings reference 01, 02, 03, 04, 05, 06A, 07A and 08B all received on 29th March, 2011.

NOTE The applicant is encouraged to consider the installation of vertically detailed garage doors rather than those shown on the drawings, which may be more sympathetic to the location of the property.

NOTE The applicant should note that the Commissioners have information on water springs under the site and as such is recommended to engage the services of a structural engineer to ensure the stability of the site both during and after the commencement of works on site.

This decision was made by the Director of Planning and Building Control in accordance with the authority delegated to him under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

Guidance Note

This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

Please note that a copy of the Officer’s report which led to the decision, together with correspondence relative to the application, is available for inspection at the Department.

The proposed development must not be commenced until either;

• Any appeal has been determined;

Whichever is the later.
