Time limit
The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

Foul sewer connection
The development must be connected to the public foul sewer in a manner acceptable to the Department of Transport Drainage Division.
Surface water disposal
There must be no discharge of surface water (including that from roofs and paved areas) from the development to any foul drainage system(s).
Neighbour gable repairs
The exposed gable wall of the neighbouring property must be made good with render within six months of the demolition of the adjoining property.
