The application site is not a registered building nor is it in a Conservation Area.
The windows on the front elevation of the property have the same or similar pattern and section of glazing bars to the original windows. This accords with Planning Circular 1/98
Part of the windows on the rear elevation are visible from a private access road. Since this is not a public thoroughfare, I do not feel the proposed windows will have detrimental effect on the visual amenities of the locality.
