Time limit
The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

Prior to the commencement of any works, there must be submitted to and approved by the Planning Committee a photographic survey of the existing building; a sample of the proposed roofing slate; and a large-scale (1:20 or better) drawing of the glazing to the rear bay window.
