Officer's Report
The site represents the curtilage of Rushen Primary School, located on the north eastern side of Four Roads at the edge of Port Erin and Port St. Mary.
Proposed here is the installation of an access suitable for disabled persons, on the north eastern side of the building, together with new wider doors to facilitate access by disabled persons.
The DAO has recommended that the ramp should have handrails on both sides which is does not appear to have in the drawings and that the doors should be light enough and the ramp of an incline so that they may be used by disabled persons.
