Officer's Report

The application seeks approval for the alterations and extensions to a store, yard and conservatory to the rear of a property on West Quay in Ramsey. The proposal comprises of the rebuilding of an oil tank and store room at ground floor with the extension of a conservatory at first floor level.

There are no objections to the planning application. I consider the proposal to be a relatively modest change from the existing situation and recommend that the planning application be approved.
