ELEVATION NOTES:
WALLS:New external cavity walls to the proposed
extension to receive a minimum 19mm thick two coat
rendered and dashed finish to match all existing walls.
Areas indicated to new gable wall end and to the
existing gable wall north elevation to receive a vertical
cedar or larch board left to silver naturally.
ROOF:New roof finish is to be a matching concrete
interlocking roof tile to match the existing house roof tile
fixed in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
WINDOWS/DOORS:New window and doors to be in
white upvc framed double glazed units.
RAINWATER GOODS:New guttering and
downpipes to be in matching white upvc laid to falls on
new white upvc fascia boards. Guttering to discharge to
white upvc downpipes to discharge through roddable
gullies to discharge to existing system or to new soaks
as specification. New foul system to be taken into the
existing foul system and into the existing mains foul
drainage system.
DECK: new raised deck and steps to garden
around extension to be in new treated timber
with small garden store below.
