Officer's Report

The site consists of a detached bungalow on Close Cam. It is proposed to alter a window on the front elevation to a bow window, and to erect a conservatory on the rear elevation. Other works are internal.

This is acceptable but I have reminded Peter Caley and Paul Thornley that ‘existing elevation’ drawings should be included with applications for detailed approval.
