Time limit
The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
Approved plans
This approval relates to drawing numbers 5095-11 Revision D, 5095-12, 5095-13 Rev B and 5095-14 Rev B.
Ancillary occupancy
The living accommodation herby permitted shall not be occupied at any time other than for purposes ancillary to the residential use of the dwelling known as Ballig Farm.
Timber windows and doors
The windows and doors shall be timber framed.
Natural slate roof
The roof(s) must be finished in dark natural slate.
Entrance platform details
Prior to the commencement of works, details of how the entrance platform is to be raised must be submitted to and approved by the Planning Committee. Such works as approved must be carried out prior to the occupation of the accommodation hereby approved.
Exterior stonework
The exterior stonework must be of a traditional nature. NOTE: Split stone on a backing render is not acceptable as an external finish. All existing stonework must be retained as such and must not be rendered, painted or similarly treated.

I support the application but if there is a concern that the application could be attempting to circumvent planning policy on housing in the countryside perhaps a condition could be attached... to tie the occupation to that of the main farm
