Officer's Report
The site represents the large curtilage of a detached property on the eastern side of the A2 as it passes through Baldrine.
Proposed here is the erection of a third garage alongside the existing. This is a re-submission of an earlier application (PA 00/4168) but with an amended position of rooflights. The structure fits alongside the existing property well and there are no adverse impacts as a result of it.

C 1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
C 2. This permission relates to the erection of a garage as shown in drawing 20/904/1C received on 16th March, 2005.
C 3. The external finishes of the extension must match those of the existing building in all respects.
C 4. There must be no discharge of surface water to the main foul sewer.
I confirm that this decision accords with Government Circular No 57/01 (Delegation of Functions to Director of Planning and Building Control).
