If the applicant intends to enter into a Section 4 road bond for the road fronting the dwellings and the driveways
fall toward the road, surface water runoff from them should be intercepted before it drained onto the highway
in accordance with Section 58 of the Highway Act 1986 and guidance contained in Chapter 16 Section 16.2.4 of
the Manual for Manx Roads. The above will apply to the current Section 4 road bond ER-T7-67.
