Please find below the Commissioners decisions in relation to planning applications considered by them at their meeting on 12th April 2005.

PA05 00331 – Mr & Mrs Morris - Outbuilding, Ballig, West Baldwin - Amendments to Existing Planning Approval PA99/1022 enclosing additional information.

The Commissioners reconsidered this planning application at their meeting on the 12th April 2005, in light of a letter that they had received from the applicant. In view of the contents of this letter, the Commissioners resolved to recommend to the Planning Committee that this application be approved.

PA05 0420 - B&Q Supercentre, Spring Valley Industrial Estate - Several Internal Alteration and Upgrades. The Commissioners would recommend approval of the above application. PA05 0424 - Hollin Lane, Tromode Woods - Extension above existing garage/kitchen to provide additional bedroom with ensuite bathroom. The Commissioners would recommend approval of the above application. PA05 0430 - Clybane Rise, Farmhill, Braddan - Proposed alterations and extension to form new garage, utility with en-suite bedroom over. The Commissioners would recommend approval of the above application. PA05 0583 - Crogga Mill, Braddan - Domestic extension to increase "Snug" by 4 feet with all materials to match those already existing. The Commissioners would recommend approval of the above application.

PA05 0599 – Braddan Parish Commissioners - Land adjacent to the rear of Port Soderick Hall - Provision of car park to provide increased car parking provision off the Highway.
